Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what information Corely (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Corely you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Account information — your email and display name when you sign up (or via Google sign-in).
- Your content — the tasks, projects, notes, files, events, budget entries, and messages you create.
- Billing information — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we keep a Stripe customer/subscription id and your plan status.
- Basic technical data — standard logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide the service, authenticate you, process subscriptions, keep your data separated from other customers, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
Where it lives
Your data is stored in our Supabase (PostgreSQL) project and isolated per workspace using row-level security. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you enable Google sign-in, Google authenticates you on our behalf. Each provider processes data under its own terms.
Data retention & your choices
You can export your workspace data or delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deleting your account removes the workspaces you own and their content. Some records may persist briefly in backups before being purged.
Security
Access to your data is gated by authentication and row-level security. We use industry-standard encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Corely is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
