Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Corely. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Corely is a personal and family productivity hub. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve it.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends.
• After the trial, your plan renews automatically (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display it back to you and the people you invite to your workspace. You’re responsible for what you put into the service.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Corely to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Termination

You may stop using Corely and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
